FREE web hosting on an advanced Linux server without any banner advertising requirement at all. I was quite skeptical at first, so I checked it out pretty well. I am still amazed with what you get for free here! Needless to say, we signed-up.

First though, let me emphasize that this type of account is not for the average computer/internet beginner. Though these are full featured advanced Linux server hosting accounts, it does lack a decent user friendly Control Panel such as what we provide at Symbiotic Design, but you get what you pay for, and these accounts are certainly a bargain.

Second, although the web hosting account is free, there is a slight catch, you have to register or transfer a Domain Name (i.e. YourBusiness.com) to this host's registry. Not a bad deal at all, considering that Domain Name registration or transfer through this service is in line with the competition (currently it's $24.95 per year as of this writing) and you get free advanced web site hosting for as long as you keep your Domain registered with them and current.

You'll never have to display someone else's ugly flashing banner advertisement with this account, either! Why host with a site that requires banner ads that will mess up the professional look and feel of your site? Do that and you are risking the fact that you might be promoting a competing product at some point.

These free hosting accounts are feature rich, too! You get 20MB of Linux Apache hosted disk storage space complete with ASP, PHP, MySQL, CGI, Perl, SSI, .htaccess, SSL, FTP, SSH, POP email boxes, web based email, Major Domo, custom error pages, and even unlimited transfer! I can do quite a lot with 20MB, I'm sure you can, too.

I'm sure you will agree, this is a great bargain and worthy of further investigation. As you know, MariasViolin.com is hosted on this server and the pages load fast without any problems.
